（1）Ogawa Wellness will not sell or lend user's personal information to any person, unless get the user's permission in advance;

4. Ogawa Wellness solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement exempting Ogawa Wellness from liability and limiting users' rights. 5. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute or dispute between User and Ogawa Wellness shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, User agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court in the place where Ogawa Wellness resides.

6. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

7. The final interpretation of this Agreement shall be reserved by Xiamen Comfort Science & Technology Group Co.,Ltd. , and all interpretation and modification rights are reserved.
